James Acaster’s Findings – BBC Radio 4 Comedy Show About…BREAD
Howard Gorman

Stand-up comedian James Acaster has come up quite the unique format for a brand new radio comedy show which will delve into the subject of ‘bread’, and we’re not talking the money kind. The show takes to the airwaves on BBC Radio 4 next Tuesday at 23:00 when James will be accompanied by his trusty sidekick Nathaniel Metcalfe.

Listeners will discover just why the French find it so a tricky to come up with a snappy slogan to advertise Brioche, why the Bagel is so trendy, and all the hidden anti-bread propaganda pushed at children through the medium of fairytales will be revealed.

Here’s a short clip to get you in the mood for a bit of bread. Here James celebrates the French sweet bread brioche, but he is by no means impressed by the French’s ability to rhyme.
